Software engineer · AI engineer

I don't build chatbots.
I rebuild how the work gets done.

I look at how your business actually runs, find the points where AI creates real value, and build the systems that do the work — connected to your existing software and reachable on every channel your customers already use.

Diagnose

I map your operation first and tell you honestly where AI pays off — and where it doesn't.

Build

Production agents: voice, orchestration, memory, guardrails, evaluations. Not a prompt in a widget.

Integrate

It lives inside your CRM, calendar, help desk and databases, and answers on every channel.

01 — Your operation, mapped

Pick the business closest to yours.

Pick something close to your operation and see the same map redraw itself, together with a real example conversation. This is the first call we would have — just faster.

The agent reads and writes here — it is not a separate island.

Example conversation

Hi — my son has toothache. Do you have anything this week after 6pm?
Sorry to hear that. Let me check the evening slots for you.
calendar.findSlots({ after: '18:00', within: '7d' })
Thursday 18:30 or Friday 19:00 are free. Which works better?
Thursday. He's 9, and we've never been to you before.
Booked — Thursday 18:30, paediatric appointment. First visits take about 40 minutes and cost £45 including the check-up. Confirmation sent by SMS.
records.createPatient() · calendar.book() · sms.confirm()

02 — What it looks like in practice

One request, handled end to end.

Not a script. The agent decides what to do, calls your systems, and finishes the job.

WhatsApp
Hi, do you have anything free this week for a cleaning? Preferably after 6pm.
agent is working…
  • 01

It starts wherever the customer already is — not on a form.

04 — Channels

One brain. Every channel your customers use.

Most companies end up with a chatbot here, an autoresponder there, and a phone line nobody answers. I build one system and give it more ways to speak.

One system

Your AI agent

One set of rules, one memory, one place to improve it.

Phone / Voice

Answers in two rings, speaks naturally, books while talking.

Add a channel later and it inherits everything the agent already knows.

05 — Integrations

It works inside the software you already pay for.

If it has an API, a database, or a webhook, the agent can read from it and write back to it. If it doesn't, I build the bridge.

06 — Questions people actually ask

The honest answers.

The questions that come up in almost every first conversation.

Most chatbots only match questions to canned answers. What I build can take action: read your calendar, look up an order, write to your CRM, send a confirmation, escalate to a person. The conversation is the interface, but the value is in the work it completes.

H. Emre Armagan

08 — Who you'd be working with

Product thinking, grounded in real operations.

I'm Emre. I've helped shape products across property management, fintech, automotive and e-commerce — from resident support across voice and messaging to payments, marketplace operations and large-scale analytics. I focus on what should change for the customer and the team, then connect the systems needed to make that change measurable.

More about how I work

Tell me about your business

A few sentences about how things run today is enough. I'll come back with where I think AI would actually help — and where it wouldn't.
